Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:34304-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 5090 of 2025 Petitioner :- Saurabh Agarwal Respondent :- Securities And Exchange Board Of India Thru. Director And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Satya Prakash Singh,Manas Shukla Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. Heard. We have gone through the ATR report submitted by the SEBI, the context of the complaint of the petitioner against Karvy Stock Broking Limited which has not been arrayed as an opposite party. We have also perused the document annexed at page 16. The reason SEBI has declined to entertain the complaint is that it has been submitted after expiry of 90 days prescribed in Circular dated August 03, 2023, and the earlier Circular dated December 04, 2020. The petitioner can raise the dispute, if otherwise permissible, before a civil court or such other forum as may be permissible in law. We do not find any reason to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction in the matter, especially as Karvi Stock Broking Limited has not even been impleaded as opposite party. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 3.6.2025 K.K. Maurya (Praveen Kumar Giri, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
