The writ petition is filed with the following prayer :- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Upziladhikari Kerakat Jaunpur to decide the restoration application dated 03.01.2025 filed in suit No. T-202314360505124 before the Upziladhikari Kerakat, Jaunpur expeditiously within the stipulated period." 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the restoration application of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, however, the same has not been decided. The petitioner has moved stay application in the aforesaid case, but till date the aforesaid stay application has also not been considered. 3. In view of the aforesaid, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the restoration application of the petitioners in the pending proceeding within a period of ten days from the date of production of certified copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournments. 4.
