Vide order, referred to above, the Writ Court while issuing the notice had also directed the respondents to consider the recommendation No. Estt-1/2009- 10/4016 dated March 27, 2010 issued by the Chief Agriculture Officer, Kishtwar on the application of the petitioner dated January 04, 2010 and report compliance. Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn attention of the Court to the compliance report dated October 01, 2015, filed on behalf of the respondents and submits, for, the order dated March 04, 2014, has been complied with in letter and spirit, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
