This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to recover the loan amount from the petitioners in easy installments, in the interest of justice. 3. The petitioners have an alternative remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 4. In case such proceedings are initiated within 15 days from today, along with an application for interim relief, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. In the meantime, if the petitioner approaches the bank through a representation for repayment of the dues in installments on deposit of a substantial amount, the application so made may also be considered by the bank sympathetically. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
