By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 28.02.2004 passed by Ayukt and Sachiv Rajasv Parishad opposite party no. 2 as contained in Annexure 2 to the writ petition ; By this writ petition the petitioner had claimed appointment under dying in harness Rules. There is no interim order operating in favour of the petitioner. it appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such the petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition being infructuous is consigned to record. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
