Act-VI, Lucknow/Judge Small Causes Court, Lucknow to decide the SCC Suit No. 92/2020 (in Re: Vijay Lakshmi Agarwal Vs. Nitin Madan), expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
