The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking parole for his father to attend the petitioner’s marriage which is scheduled on 10.04.2025. The petitioner’s father is undergoing life imprisonment in Sessions Case No.277 of 2013. A copy of the wedding card IS also filed along with this writ petition. It is submitted that the parole sought in this writ petition is for a period of four weeks. ...RESPONDENT(S) 2 3. On 04.04.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader requested time to get instructions. 4. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not submitted any representation seeking parole earlier and after receipt of this writ petition, the 5*" respondent has visited the village at Eddulapalli and caused enquiry. During the enquiry, it came to know that the convicted person has a daughter by name Tanusha, aged 21 years and one son Dinesh Kumar, aged 19 years. It was also revealed that there was no marriage proposal made to the petitioner and that he has also not reached the right age for marriage. It is also stated in the written instructions that the convicts family members have planned to set parole to the convict prisoner. The marriage invitation card is created for the purpose of this writ petition. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that parole cannot be granted to the petitioner’s father in such circumstances. The ground of marriage of the petitioner is set up in seeking parole. Such instances ought to be discouraged. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 7.
