The petitioner may, if he has any grievance, raise it before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, District - Balrampur where the matter is pending, who would also be obliged to see as to how far he has jurisdiction in the matter to interfere, and under which provision of law. If the proceedings are not maintainable before the S.D.M., the parties are at liberty to raise their grievance before the appropriate Court / forum, as the case may be, as per law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
