1. Proceedings in this contempt petition have been initiated for non- compliance of order dated 27.12.2013, vide which, the respondents were directed to accord consideration to the representation of the petitioner.
2. In terms of order dated 07.05.2018, the respondents were directed to process the case of petitioners within three weeks from the date of proposal.
3. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is submitted that the DPC has cleared the petitioner for promotion/regularization as Assistant Director w.e.f 08.03.1998 and once the vigilance clearance is received from the Administrative Department, the recommendations of the DPC/PSC would be conveyed by the Secretary, J&K PSC to the Administrative Department concerned.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 27.12.2013 stands complied with. The proceedings in the contempt petition are, accordingly, closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition, in case, cause survives.
