Issue an appropriate order or direction to Opposite Party No. 1 to deiced the Securitization Application No. 475 of 2024 (Anita Gupta Vs. Indian Bank & another) expeditiously or within stipulated period, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with law. The petitioner would also be entitled to press the DRT for early hearing on the stay vacation application which shall also be considered in accordance with law. 4.
