The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 20/2025 arising out of Gua P.S. Case No. 34/2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 26.10.2024, father of the informant was found in an injured condition lying outside his house. Later on, he succumbed to his injuries. It is alleged that petitioner was seen running away from the place occurrence. 4. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that on the basis of pointing out of this petitioner, murder weapon was recovered. 5.
