This application has been filed under Section 483, of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/2 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special Case No. 591/2024, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Additional), Dhubri. 3. The allegation brought against the petitioner is that 0.61 gm of Narcotic Drug was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has already spent 63 days in judicial custody. 4. After hearing learned counsel for both the sides, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner no longer deserves to be detained in custody. 5. The bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The petitioner, Mofizul Hoque @ Chotu, who is facing trial in Special Case No. 591/2024, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Additional), Dhubri shall be released on bail of Rs.30,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Additional), Dhubri. 7.
