In the impugned order dated 04.03.2015, learned trial Court observed that the Mutation No.2019 entered in the name of Meghmal in respect of land-in-question has been cancelled and since the Meghmal was not a recorded Khatedar and is not entitled for impleadment, his legal representatives too are not entitled for impleadment and accordingly, the application of petitioner was dismissed. 3. Apart from the reference proceedings, the petitioners' predecessor-Meghmal had instituted a Revenue Suit No.523/2007 titled Meghmal Vs. Zamil and Ors. before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tijara, Alwar whereby vide judgment dated 31.03.2022, petitioners have been declared as Khatedar for the portion of Khasra No.200 which is one of the subject matters of land under acquisition in the reference petition. 4.
In the light of judgment dated 04.03.2015, petitioners are granted liberty to move a fresh application for their impleadment in the reference proceedings pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alwar and it is hereby observed that the impugned order shall not come in way of considering the fresh application, if filed by petitioner. 5. Accordingly, instant writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Any other pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J SOURAV /39
