This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Party No. 2 to 3 to remove/demolish the illegal encroachment and constructions from the land in illegal possession of Opposite Party No. 4 to 10, over the Land Gata No. 1442Ma, Area 0.0840 hect., situated in Village- Rampur Kakra, Tehsil- Bhinga, District- Shrawasti, which is recorded as Khalihan in the revenue records, by following the judgements and orders Bhola Vs. State of U. P. and Others' and Ram Nihor Additional Commissioner (Administration) Vindhyachal Division." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been instituted under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which are still pending. 4. Considering the said statement, it is directed that the proceedings initiated shall be concluded with all expedition in accordance with law. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
