Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to ensure payment of gratuity, leave encahsment and regular pension alongwith other post retiral benefits as well as regular pension. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. The petition stands disposed of.
