The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer : "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding the Opp. Party No.3 to consider the request of the petitioner Institution made vide letter dt. 13-12- 2024 to nominate subject expert for selection to one post of Principal and three posts of teachers as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition within time bound period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. b. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS. commanding the Opp. Party No.3 to ignore the G.O. dt. 25-09-2023 & 30-09-2024 issued by the O.P. No.2 while considering the case of the petitioner institution as the letter G.O. dt. 25-09-2019 has been read declared meaning less by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that application of petitioner for nominating a subject expert for filling up the vacant posts in petitioner's institution is pending consideration before the respondent no.3, however, till date no order is passed. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that application of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3, Vice Chancellor, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalya, Varanasi to decide the pending application of petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of one months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. .
