This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 27.02.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0032 of 2025, under Sections 338,336(3),340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Dilippur, District Pratapgarh. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
