The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i) direct the court of Learned Judge of Additional District Judge 1", Lucknow to decide within stipulated period of time, Rent Appeal No. 19/2018 (Puttan Prasad Gupta (Dead) through Legal Heirs/Representaives V/S Ramesh Kumar Nag) which is pending (Annexure No. 1) before Opposite Party No.1 since 2018, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeal with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
