The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction to the opposite party no. 1 to decide the SCC Revision No. 65 of 2022 (Smt. Mithlesh Singh Vs. Smt. Mitali Chatterjee) expeditiously within some stipulated time, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the fact and circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending revision with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
