Tiwari, learned A.G.A. that the petitioner has statutory remedy available under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S., Afaq Zaki Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for three days time to argue on the maintainability of the petition. As prayed, list on 12.05.2025." Sri Afaq Zaki Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy which may be available to him, to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
