The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(A). Issue an order or direction to the opposite party No. 1 to decide Execution Application (Izra) Case No. 20 of 2022 (Smt. Mitali Chatterjee vs Smt. Mithlesh Singh) and Civil Case no. 34 of 2024 (Smt. Mithlesh Singh vs. Smt. Mitali Chatterjee) expeditiously within some stipulated time, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the fact and circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the executing court is directed to decide the aforesaid pending execution case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, in view of the directions given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 3640-3642 of 2025 (Periyammal (Dead) Through Lrs. and Ors. Vs. V. Rajamani and Anr. ETC) dated 06.03.2025. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
