Present C528 application is filed seeking to quash the summoning order dated 02.12.2022 passed by the Court of learned J.M., First, Dehradun in Complaint Case No.8034 of 2022 (Utkarsh Small Finance Bank v. Sombir) u/s 138 of the N.I. Act. 3. It is not in dispute that the impugned order by which applicant has been summoned by the Court below is revisable. The applicant is well within his rights to avail the remedy of filing a revision before the concerned Sessions Judge against the said order. 4. In such view of the matter, present C528 application is dismissed in limine with liberty reserved to the applicant to prefer a revision before the concerned Sessions Judge.
