C.S.C. for opposite party no. 1 and Sri Ratnesh Chandra who has filed 'Vakalatnama' on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 and 3. 2. By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed following relief : "1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.01.2025 passed by opp. Party no. 2 Vice Chairman Lucknow Development Authority Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. as contained in 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. Parties to promote the petitioner on the post of Section Officer as per Seniority List dated 28.04.2018 and also to make payment of arrear which are due on account of the order dated 20.01.2025." 3. Attention has been drawn towards the representation dated 24.2.2025 preferred by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner / Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow challenging the impugned order dated 20.1.2025 by submitting that no decision has been taken by the Divisional Commissioner / Chairman, L.D.A., Lucknow till date. 4. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous request that the direction may be issued to such authority to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner with expedition strictly in accordance with law. 5. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue, I dispose of this petition at the admission stage directing the Divisional Commissioner / Chairman, L.D.A., Lucknow to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.2.2025 (Annexure no. 6 to the writ petition) with speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, say within a period of one months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order of this Court after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. The competent authority shall communicate the decision on the representation to the petitioner forthwith. 7. Writ petition is finally disposed of.
