The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) IInd District Faizabad to decide the Regular Suit No.91 of 2005 (Ram Murti vs. Ram Anjore) pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) IInd District Faizabad within a time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the suit is of the year 2005, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
