To issue an appropriate order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (SD), Malihabad, to expeditiously decide the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of CPC contained as Annexure No. 2 to this petition in Regular Suit No. 593 of 2025 at the earliest, preferably on the next date of listing of case i.e. 14.05.2025 or within a stipulated time frame, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the trial Court is directed to decide and pass orders on the injunction application on the next date fixed i.e. 14.05.2025. 4.
