The petitioner while working as Village Pradhan claims to have got some work performed and now wants dues. We fail to understand as to how the petitioner can file this petition in her individual capacity. If some work was got done by the Gaon Sabha and the petitioner was Village Pradhan at the relevant time then the claim can be raised by the Gaon Sabha concerned, therefore, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition at the behest of the petitioner. 3.
