The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 16.04.2025 whereby on an application filed for grant of interim order, the matter has been fixed for 16.05.2025 pending filing of objection by the respondent. 3. The counsel for the respondent states that he would positively file objection before the said date. 4. In view of the said statement, the petition is disposed of directing the Commercial Court to pass the orders on the interim application on 16.05.2025 or positively within a period of two weeks therefrom.
