Ms. Swayaba/opposite pary no.3 has appeared in person along with Lady Constable Ms. Neha Singh and Sub Inspector Shri Than Singh, Police Station Safipur, Unnao in pursuance of the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by this Court. Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 namely Shivaruddin Siddiqui (husband, Sharifuddin (father-in-law) and Anwar Jahan (mother-in-law) are also present in person. 2. Ms. Swayaba/opposite pary no.3 has stated before this Court that she does not want to settle the dispute through mediation as her father and brother have been brutally beaten by the petitioners. 3. We have gone through the contents of the F.I.R. and we find that cognizable offence is made out and there is no good ground to interfere in the impugned F.I.R. at this primary stage. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, it is provided that if any of the petitioners are minor, relevant documentary evidence be produced before the investigating officer by such petitioners or their guardian. .
