State of J&K & Ors). Vide order, referred to above, the Writ Court had disposed of the petition, preferred by the petitioner, with a direction to the respondents to consider his claim strictly on the basis of SSA norms having regard to the recommendations made by the Headmaster concerned and as per the Notification published in the English Newspaper (Early Times) on December 03, 2013 and pass necessary orders within a specified time. For, the said order was not complied with, the petitioner was impelled to file this petition. The records show that the notice was issued to the respondents on May 22, 2014 and thereafter the matter has now been listed for consideration. Despite the matter being called twice, none appears for the petitioner. That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
