Ms. Ananya Jain, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for the private respondent. 4. In this C482 application, the applicants have challenged the proceedings of Criminal Case No.4489 of 2018, “State Vs. Gajendra Singh and others”, under Sections 498-A and 504 of IPC and under section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court Judicial Magistrate 1st, Dehradun, District Dehradun. 5. In compliance of this Court’s order dated 08.05.2025, parties are present in person. 6. A statement has been given by the applicants that they are ready to pay an amount of Rupess One Lakh, to the private respondent today itself. Both the parties orally submit that they are ready for an amicable settlement. This fact is also admitted by learned counsels for the respective parties. 7. A list of items which are in a possession of parties is also produced in Court, which is taken on record. 8.
