Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 6. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.7 stand dispensed with. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging appointment letter of opposite party no.7, Smt. Dhanraji, wife of Vijay Kumar on the post of Anganwadi Worker of the Village in question. A further prayer has been sought to enquire why petitioner could not be appointed being in the merit list. 3. It has been submitted that selection of opposite party no.7 has been made against the norms since her income certificate was submitted after completion of physical verification. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. District Magistrate, Shrawasti or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided expeditiously in accordance with law by authority concerned by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner as well as opposite party no.7. 5.
