The Court made the following:
1. The petitioners claim that the 4th respondent allotted land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.04 ½ cents each in their favour in Sy.No.776-2 of Ramavarappadu Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, on 22.04.1992. It is further case of the petitioners that since the date of allotment, they are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject lands. Further it is the case of the petitioners that they have raised huts over the lands allotted to them. The petitioners further contend that on 19.06.2020, the 4th respondent, along with his staff, visited the subject lands and directed the petitioners to vacate from their respective huts forthwith and tried to interfere with the possession of the petitioners without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, they filed the present writ petition.
2. This Court by order dated 03.07.2020 passed interim
order directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands without following due process of law.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 21.03.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar,

On a perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the 4th respondent issued a notice vide RCB.325/2020, dt.nil-10-2020, calling the petitioners to submit an explanation. In pursuance thereof the petitioners attended for enquiry before the 4th respondent and requested not to proceed with the matter, as the writ petition is pending before this Court. In view of the same, the 4th respondent could not proceed further in the matter. The instructions dated 21.03.2025 furnished by the 4th respondent is placed on record.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to issue a fresh notice to the petitioners, calling for objections and after receipt of objections, the 4th respondent is
directed to pass appropriate orders in the matter, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners. It is needless to mention till the appropriate orders are passed, the interim order granted by this Court on 03.07.2020 shall remain in force.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is
disposed of. No order as to costs.
