ORDER

1. The present petition was filed in the year 2014 and was initially listed on 23.08.2014, and thereafter on 15.05.2024. However, during the intervening period from August 2014 to May 2024, no steps were taken by the petitioner to have the matter listed. Had the interested in pursuing the matter, appropriate steps would have been taken for its listing during the said period. The conduct of the petitioner indicates that he has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the petition in the event the decision of the SLP is rendered in her favour.
