The petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- Issue a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the O.P. No- 3, Secretary U.P Public Service Commission, Allahabad to consider and decide Petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024 (Annexure No-6) in ligh of decision of this Hon'ble Court passed in Writ A No-50490 of 2012, as well as Writ A No-12804 of 2024, dated 17.01.2025 in the interest of justice accordingly. Although learned counsel for the Commission opposed the petition, he submitted that he has no objection to the petitioner’s request for a direction to decide the representation. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today. If such a representation is submitted, it shall be considered and decided by respondent no. 3 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
