In view of the proposed order notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the present petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to opposite party No.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil, Musafirkhana, District Amethi to expeditiously decide the Patthar Nasab ( Mendbandi) proceedings in pursuance of the order dated 28.2.2024 passed in case no.887/2024 (computerized Case no.T202404710200887) (Sita Devi VS. Gram Panchayat Lakhnipur and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, pertaining to land gata No.310 area 0.1080 hectare and Gata No.312 area 0.1030 hectare, situated in Village Lakhnipur, Pargana Jagdishpur, District Amethi, in accordance with law. 4. Learned Standing counsel has submitted that the petitioner has adequate remedy for executing the orders passed under Section 24 of Revenue Code by filing an application under Para 460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual for execution of orders of revenue authorities. 5. Accordingly, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the competent authority under Para 460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual for execution of the orders dated 28.2.2024 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi in case No.887/2024 (computerized Case no.T2024047102008887) (Sita Devi VS. Gram Panchayat Lakhnipur and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, pertaining to land gata No.310 area 0.1080 hectare and Gata No.312 area 0.1030 hectare, situated in Village Lakhnipur, Pargana Jagdishpur, District Amethi. 6. In case, such an application is made within two weeks, he shall initiate the execution proceedings and take necessary steps in accordance with law. 7.
