Issue Writ of certiorari to quash the letter of award and Allotment Letter No.KREDL/07/RPO/GC/1200MWs-269/2016-1346 - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:377 WP No. 1373 of 2021 dated 31.03.2016 vide Annexure-C issued by respondent No.3 to respondent No.5 by accepting its bid for establishment of Solar Power Project for 20MW in Bagepalli Taluk, Chikkaballapura to be implemented in lands of the petitioner in the villages of Dabbarabaripalli and Oodavaripalli. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer No.2. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner about non-pressing of prayer No.2 is placed on record. 4. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing respondents 7, 8, 9 and 13 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
