It is the case of the petitioners that they are in absolute possession and enjoyment of the subject land for the past seven decades without any interference from anybody. It is further case of the petitioners that the subject land is classified as ‘Grama Kantam’ in the revenue records and is not the Government land. However, the 4*^ respondent without following due process of law is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed. 2. I ') This Court by order dated 02.07.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land without following the due process of law. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that. 4. 3 pursuant to the interim order, no action is initiated against the petitioners. 5. The said submission of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue is placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.456/2, situated at Patha Pattiseema Village, Polavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, except in accordance with law.
