Shakila Beguam and others Vs. Shanti Devi and others) pending before the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Additional District Judge/FTC-II, Bahraich within the stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2016, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
