(Oral) Applicant was granted bail in Case Crime No.413 of 2023,, under Sections 22(c), 8, 60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (“the Act”), Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar, on 17.12.2024. Now, in the same Case Crime number, applicant seeks bail for the offences punishable under Section 29 of the Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that inadvertently, Section 29 of the Act could not be added in the earlier bail application. 4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail in FIR No.413 of 2023, under Section 29 of the Act, Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar. 2 5. The bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
