The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the Court below to decide the interim stay application (5G2) in Regular Suit No. 144/2022, Sufiyan Vs. Smt. Smita Agrahari, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Room No. 15, Sultanpur since 21.02.2022, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
