Saguna Devi and others) which is pending since 2021 as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
