This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for releasing the amount of Rs.18,21,667/- deposited before the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order of this Court in I.A.(Civil) No.2429/2024. Mr. Pegu, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the applicants are allowed to withdraw the aforementioned amount. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the aforesaid amount from the Registry of this Court. I.A. stands disposed of.
