By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is working as a Food Inspector in the department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Korba C.G. is seeking a direction towards the respondents for compliance of transfer order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) by which the petitioner has been transferred from District Korba to Raigarh on adminstrative ground by the State government. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the transfer order has been issued on 10.01.2025, transferring the petitioner from District Korba to Raigarh on administrative ground, but till date the petitioner has not been relieved from her present place of posting. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the transfer order dated 10.01.2025 is still in existence and it has not been cancelled then necessary steps will be taken for relieving the petitioner from her present place of posting i.e. Korba. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and impugned order dated 10.01.2025. 5. Perusal of the transfer order dated 10.01.2025 shows that petitioner has been transferred from District Korba to District Raigarh on administrative exigency, however till date he has not 3 / 3 been relieved. 6. Considering the same, it is directed that respondents, shall take necessary steps for relieving the petitioner from his present place of posting within a period of 20 days, if the order dated 10.01.2025 is still in existence. 7.
