Petitioner, claiming himself to be a member of the Unnao Sehkari Kray Vikray Samiti Limited, Bangermau, Unnao, wants rescheduling of election of Managing Committee of Uttar Pradesh Upbhokta Shekari Sangh Limited, Lucknow, which is an apex co-operative society, however, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 has written instructions to submit that the Unnao Sehkari Kray Vikray Samiti Limited, Bangermau, Unnao is not a member of the apex society aforesaid. The instructions are taken on record. Even otherwise the petitioner is an individual and the society has not come forward.
