This petition was filed challenging the attachment order dated 04.03.2008 and auction notice dated 11.03.2008. 2. The brief facts are that the petitioner was awarded contract for royalty collection for the period from 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2008. Due to non-deposit of the due amount, the contract was cancelled vide order dated 17.07.2007. Aggrieved of the cancellation, the petitioner filed an appeal and during pendency of the appeal, recovery proceedings were initiated. Hence, the present petition. 3. In view of the subsequent developments, no cause of action survives for pursuing the present petition, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 5.
