The trees in front of the house of the petitioner are to be cut, however, for this to be done, the electricity department needs to remove the electricity lines on or above the said trees, regarding which, as informed by Ms. Surbhi Rawat holding brief of Ms. Aprajita Bansal appearing for the electricity corporation, approval has been granted by the Executive Engineer and the matter is pending before the Superintending Engineer concerned. 3. Let the concerned Superintending Engineering take a decision in the matter positively within one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4. Counsel for the electricity corporation Ms. Surbhi Rawat shall communicate our order to opposite party no.5 and the said Superintending Engineering for ensuring compliance. 5.
