Vashum, learned GA appearing for the State respondents. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by issuing a simple direction to the Addl. Chief Secretary (TA & Hills Department), Government of Manipur and the Director, TA & Hills Department, Government of Manipur to consider the representation dated 26-05-2025 submitted by the Secretary, Spring Charitable Trust, Tamenglong District (petitioner No. 4 herein) and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order within the stipulated period. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is confined to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by them, he has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the counsel appearing for the petitioners. Chief Secretary (TA & Hills Department), Government of Manipur and the Director (TA & Hills Department), Government of Manipur, are hereby directed to consider the representation dated 26-05-2025 submitted by the Secretary, Spring Charitable Trust, Tamenglong District (petitioner No. 4 herein) and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order; and (ii) It is made clear that the whole exercise should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
