The matter has been listed on default that the court fees has not been affixed in the memo of appearance. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove default during the course of the day. 2. Heard on admission. 3. From perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and further be 2 pleased to direct the respondent to file charge-sheet (in reference to the petitioner) of FIR bearing Crime No. 258/2023 registered at Police Station-Sarkanda, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) in the interest of justice." 4. Along with the petition, attested true copy of the judgment dated 21.06.2024 has been annexed as Annexure P/1 which relates to Special Case (NDPS) No. 36/2023, in which one Pappu Shrivas was the accused, he has been tried for the offence under Section 21(c) and 22 (c) of the NDPS Act and has been acquitted from the alleged offence. 5. Now the petitioner has come with the prayer that the respondent may be directed to file charge-sheet in reference to the petitioner who has been arrested in the FIR bearing Crime No.258/2023, registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur but there is no copy of any FIR or any other documents has been annexed with the petition to show that whether the petitioner is an accused in the said FIR or not and to substantiate his submission. In support of any supporting document, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the said petition and same is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
