Shri Ashish Mishra has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2, which is taken on record. 2. As per the office report dated 08.07.2025 the revisionist has not deposited Rs. 25,000/- as directed by this Court. 3. The revisionist, in deference to the order dated 21.5.2025, is not present whereas the respondent no.2 is present in person. 4. The notices were issued by means of the aforesaid order. On the submission of learned cousnel for the revisionist that the dispute between the parties can be amicably resolved, if the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 5. Respondent no.2 is present in person. On a query she specifically states that she does not want mediation, as earlier mediation had not succeeded. 6. In view of above, since the aforesaid amount as directed by this Court has neither been deposited nor the revisionist is present, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in settlement of dispute through mediation or in pursuing the revision. 7.
