The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Civil Judge Junior Division, Bahraich to decide the suit bearing Regular Suit No. 380 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 expeditiously titled as "Sanjay Srivastava Vs. Jila Vidyalaya Nirikshak and Others" regarding shop/canteen which was constructed after getting the permission from Jila Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Bahraich." 3. Considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2025, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
